Ms. Narendra Sharma, Principal RMPS
The School is a place where children are encouraged to say “I see it, I get it, I can do it.” RMPS is the premier educational institutions in the Karsog valley with a vision to excel in all spheres.
As Principal, I use all tools available to inspire staff, students and community to work together to promote student achievement and well-being. My role is to keep up with latest trends and research and be an active partner in the school’s professional development.
Community engagement and involvement in the school is quite important & therefore we regularly encourage this in our learning programs.
Our approach is child-centered, encouraging activity based learning, inculcating a scientific temper and a spirit of free enquiry. At RMPSSS, the curriculum takes on a student-centered approach, whereby children are involved in the learning process. Teachers ignite curiosity and the desire to learn rather than routinely load children with academic burden.
We believe that the approach to motivating and getting the best out of the children is based on the positive reinforcement of good work and good behavior with a philosophy which centers on praise, encouragement, enthusiasm, fun and affection rather than criticism, fear and punishment. Nevertheless, nothing worthwhile can be achieved without a sense of discipline and thus our students will be expected to conform to high disciplinary standards and to cherish the values of tolerance, fair play, compassion, and independent thinking.
We try to understand and work with each child, and we firmly believe that it is our responsibility to enable the child in our care to develop as a whole. We provide a platform to the students to showcase their individual talents in all spheres of life. The parents can assuredly repose faith in the sincerity of purpose & dedication of the faculty. We are confident that the students will find their educational experience at RMPSSS a fruitful & rewarding one.
To take the legacy a step ahead I am glad to share that RMPSSS has started with a dedicated school bus to the children coming from distant places. We have installed CCTV Cameras in the school campus to monitor to keep tight check on school discipline. Also we have bought food warmers to serve hot meals to our children.
We believe that Education’s purpose is to replace an empty mind with an open one. We are of the conviction that giving roots of values is significant so that that our pupils remain firmly rooted to the ground. We give our students wings of ambition, so that they can soar like falcons to touch the skies and endeavor to make them global citizens who can look beyond geographical boundaries and promote a culture of peace and universal brotherhood.
